You expressed your views and life experiences and we listened!

Over the next three months, mental health charities Health in Mind and One Parent Families Scotland will deliver mental health and wellbeing services on behalf of EFP, the Scottish Government, and CORRA.

The learning from these pilot services will inform and influence the ways future services are designed, commissioned and delivered in your local area or city wide,

Referrals are now being taken for four new mental health and wellbeing services, which will be delivered (via Zoom) between April and June 2021.

Weekly Wellbeing Group
for Single Parents

Are you a single parent? Do you ever worry about having enough money for food and essentials? Do these things affect your mental health and wellbeing? You are not the only one!

Join our wellbeing group to meet other single parents and talk about what can help.

Details – Each week we get together to discuss a theme around wellbeing, meet new people and have a laugh (that’s important!)

Joining info – For the moment, we are meeting online via Zoom (but hopefully will be meeting in person soon).

If you need help with computers, wifi or feeling more confident online, don’t let this hold you back. We can help!

Wednesday 21 April, 10.00 – 11.30am (ten consecutive weeks)
