We are delighted to continue to work alongside One Parent Family Scotland, Health in Mind, Support in Mind and Salvation Army to bring our new for Autumn 2021 Mental Health and Wellbeing support project. All services are free, have no waitlist, reimburse travel costs and can provide IT equipment if required –  for anyone who has used a foodbank in the past, are currently using the foodbank or may need the foodbank in the future!

Weekly Wellbeing Group
for Single Parents

Are you a single parent? Do you ever worry about having enough money for food and essentials? Do these things affect your mental health and wellbeing? You are not the only one!

Join our wellbeing group to meet other single parents and talk about what can help.

Details – Each week we get together to discuss a theme around wellbeing, meet new people and have a laugh (that’s important!).

FREE CRECHE AND BUS TICKETS PROVIDED

If you’re unable to make it to our physical site, we now have an online Mental Health Awareness Course.
A comprehensive guide to understanding the difference between mental health and mental illness, this course is suitable for anyone! If you would like to know more about your own mental health, or if you’re concerned about a loved one, then this course could help you understand the symptoms, triggers and coping mechanisms to help improve circumstance.
