Referral Partners

Our food bank service is provided on a referral basis.

Our partner organisations refer people in need of emergency food to us via e-vouchers. Our referral partners include charities, community organisations, housing associations, council services and more.

Becoming a referral partner

If you work for a local support agency and are looking to support people you work with to access the food bank, you can consider registering with us to issue vouchers. We work with agencies who support people by addressing financial insecurity or who provide regular ongoing specialist support. If you meet these criteria then we encourage you to get in touch.

If you don’t fit the criteria above but are still looking to link people with the food bank, you could suggest they ask one of our recommended support services.

Information for referral partners

Please read our Referral Partner Handbook for information and practical support to help refer clients to the foodbank.
