We are seeking a Support Officer (Welfare Rights Team) to join our Money Advice Service and be an important first point of contact for people seeking assistance. If you would take pride in being part of an organisation that is working to tackle poverty and food insecurity in Edinburgh, and feel you have the appropriate skills and attributes for the job, we want to hear from you.     Our Money Advice Service is a free, impartial, and confidential service, providing specialist advice and support with benefits, debt, budgeting, energy advice, accessing grants and other support services.  The role of the Support Officer is to support clients by providing advice, benefits checks, information gathering and signposting to other support organisations; supporting people with emergency food and grants; and performing a range of administrative functions to support the Money Advice Service.
